It is a privilege to be with families in times of difficulty, joy, excitement and often, vulnerability. With a background in teaching, training in counselling and having gone through some of life's twists and turns, I relate to people easily, with warmth and humour.

I am a fully trained and insured celebrant and a member of the Association of Independent Celebrants.

I am based in between Lincoln, Gainsborough, Market Rasen and North Lincolnshire and occasionally travel further afield.

It is incredibly important to me that whether you are celebrating a life, marriage, friendship or a new arrival, your day is delivered with professionalism, sincerity and compassion.

"I just wanted to say thank you for today Jo. You really did Dad proud. I had so many lovely comments about the service and how personal you made it. I can’t thank you enough."
I just want to say on behalf of the families that you were amazing throughout the entire process and we couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job than you did on the day.

We are so grateful that it was still a special ceremony in these (hopefully unique) times and that wouldn't have been the case without you.
"Thank you so much for today, words are not enough. You have such a natural, empathic way about you, my Dad wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to have helped us send him on his final journey. So much love and thanks to you for everything."

"This is just a note to say how much I appreciated your help and support both before and during M's funeral. Family and friends have all let me know how moving and peaceful it felt to have the ceremony in the wood."

"Hello Jo
Just to say a big thank you yesterday, for making our Mum’s service such a special one. My mum would have loved this, it just perfectly fitted in with everything she had requested. Thank you for all the hard work and very moving tribute you put together it brought tears to our eyes and also laughter. Everyone really enjoyed the service and the sun and red arrows came out for us, it might have been a sad occasion because of my Mum’s departure, but it was also a very happy one as well, remembering the good times we had with her. The memory of the day will live on."
